World’s largest bank takes up office space in Ikoyi, Lagos

Trilium Real Estate Partners has successfully secured lease agreement for J.P. Morgan Chase (JPMC) in Lagos.

The biggest bank in the world, will occupy space in Kings Tower, the prestigious Grade A office building on Alfred Rewane Road, Ikoyi.

The Grade A office segment has been facing serious challenges as top tier firms either reduce their office footprint or leave Nigeria altogether.

Recent policy changes on fuel subsidy and floating of the Naira may be the drivers for such prestigious firm to return to the country and create demand for Grade A offices.

Castles Lifestyle will continue to monitor deals as they unfold.
