Regent Microfinance Bank has officially announced the relocation of its headquarters to Wuse Zone 5, Abuja.
The company described it as a strategic move aimed at bolstering its capacity for digital innovation and improving customer service delivery.
The bank disclosed on Wednesday that the shift to its ultra-modern facility at No. 2008, Herbert Macaulay Way, is part of a broader effort to expand access to digital financial services while maintaining a high-standard physical presence for its diverse clientele.
Speaking on the relocation, the Managing Director of Regent Microfinance Bank, Idris Olugbesan, emphasised that the move aligns with the bank’s long-term vision for a digital-first economy.
He said, “This relocation reflects our unwavering commitment to meeting the evolving needs of our customers in an increasingly digital landscape. We are focused on providing simple, reliable, and accessible banking solutions that meet the needs of individuals and businesses alike.”
While many of the bank’s customers have transitioned to digital channels like the RegentMobile App, the institution noted that the new headquarters is designed to cater to those who still value personal human interaction.
Olugbesan highlighted that the new office would serve as more than just an administrative base, stating, “This move allows us to serve our customers more efficiently while expanding access to digital financial services. The new facility will support improved customer engagement and faster service delivery, serving as a vital hub for our growing digital operations.”
The bank further explained that the development is a key component of its mission to promote financial inclusion, particularly for underserved individuals and Small and Medium-sized Enterprises across Nigeria.
Reiterating the bank’s investment in technology, the Managing Director added, “We will continue to invest in digital banking solutions that enable our customers to manage their finances seamlessly, without the limitations of location or time. Our goal is to become an indispensable partner to the entrepreneurs and businesses driving the real economy.”
The management urged all stakeholders and customers to update their records to reflect the new address, encouraging them to explore the expanded service offerings now available at the Wuse headquarters.
The bank concluded by reaffirming its dedication to excellence, noting, “Trust and reliability remain the cornerstones of our operations. By combining our robust digital infrastructure with this enhanced physical presence, we are better positioned to secure the financial future of our customers across the country.”
